Tom Shutte Psychosynthesis and EFT Therapist, London and Brighton

Welcome.  I imagine you are here because you or someone you know is in need of help and support at the moment.  People mostly come to counselling and psychotherapy because there is something in their lives causing them pain and suffering and they don’t know how to find their way out of it. Sometimes they also come to explore their life purpose or to get support with a major change in their life direction.

If you are in either of these situations I can help.

My therapeutic style is both integrative and collaborative meaning that with each client I draw on a range of tools and techniques from different modalities to create a therapeutic style that is effective for you.

The techniques that I draw on include Psychosynthesis techniques such as guided imagery, voice dialogue, meditation, subpersonality work, dream work and art therapy as well as Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) one of the most effective modalities in the emerging field of Energy Psychotherapy.  I’ve found that these approaches really help people gain relief from difficult feelings and symptoms whilst supporting them in making the changes they want to make in their lives.

I offer fixed term or ongoing therapy in London and Brighton: Bank / Mansion House (EC4), London Bridge (SE1) and Brighton (BN2). Please contact me if you’d like to explore how we could work together. You can read more about my experience and training here.

You can view the profiles of other therapists on the BACP website itsgoodtotalk, here.

“The factors that contributed to my growth were many – finding someone who understood me, exploring the unconscious, awakening my latent love . . . but one star is brightest among all: the self. I found the source of livingness inside me, something I didn’t even know existed.” Piero Ferrucci
